INTELLIFLEET™ ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs the use of the IntelliFleet™ platform, including all web applications, mobile applications (Fleet App, Staff App, Driver App), APIs, GPS devices, IoT integrations, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
By accessing or using IntelliFleet™, you agree to comply with this AUP in addition to the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Tracking & Monitoring Disclosure.
1. PURPOSE OF THIS POLICY
The purpose of this AUP is to:
- Protect users, drivers, staff, and third parties
- Prevent abuse of tracking, monitoring, and communication tools
- Ensure lawful, ethical, and responsible use of the Service
- Safeguard IntelliFleet™, its partners, and infrastructure
2. PERMITTED USE
You may use IntelliFleet™ only for lawful business purposes, including but not limited to:
- Fleet operations management
- Vehicle and asset tracking
- Route planning and dispatch
- Staff and driver coordination
- Security, theft prevention, and operational analytics
- Compliance reporting and internal audits
Use must always be:
- Lawful
- Transparent
- Proportionate
- Job-related
3. PROHIBITED USES
You may NOT use IntelliFleet™ to engage in any of the following activities:
3.1 Unlawful Surveillance
- Tracking individuals without lawful authority or consent
- Covert monitoring for personal, political, or non-business reasons
- Tracking outside authorized working hours without disclosure
3.2 Abuse of GPS & IoT Capabilities
- Installing tracking devices on vehicles you do not own, lease, or lawfully control
- Using hidden or disguised GPS devices for unlawful surveillance
- Circumventing consent requirements using multi-device tracking
3.3 Employment & Labor Violations
- Monitoring employees or contractors in violation of labor laws
- Using tracking data to intimidate, harass, or unfairly discipline
- Enforcing unreasonable productivity expectations based solely on tracking data
3.4 Harassment, Harm & Exploitation
- Stalking, harassment, or intimidation
- Retaliation against drivers or staff for exercising legal rights
- Psychological, physical, or economic harm enabled through tracking
3.5 Data Misuse
- Selling, renting, or sharing tracking data without lawful basis
- Using data for profiling unrelated to operations
- Publishing identifiable location or movement data publicly
3.6 Platform Abuse
- Reverse engineering the Service
- Circumventing usage limits, billing, or device controls
- Unauthorized access to accounts, devices, or APIs
- Introducing malware, bots, or malicious code
3.7 Fraud & Misrepresentation
- Falsifying trips, routes, or delivery data
- Manipulating device signals or telemetry
- Impersonating IntelliFleet™, its staff, or partners
4. DEVICE & HARDWARE USE RULES
Customers must ensure that:
- All GPS & IoT devices are lawfully acquired
- Devices are installed safely and responsibly
- Drivers and staff are informed of installed devices
- Devices are not used to violate privacy or criminal laws
IntelliFleet™ does not install, control, or maintain third-party hardware.
5. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
You are responsible for:
- All activity conducted through your account
- Actions of staff, drivers, contractors, and sub-users
- Proper role-based access control
- Secure handling of login credentials
- Ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations
6. MONITORING & ENFORCEMENT
IntelliFleet™ reserves the right to:
- Investigate suspected violations
- Restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts
- Disable specific features or devices
- Preserve data for legal or compliance purposes
- Report unlawful activity to authorities where required
We are not obligated to monitor usage proactively but may do so when necessary.
7. NO CIRCUMVENTION
You may not:
- Attempt to bypass safety, consent, or access controls
- Exploit system vulnerabilities
- Interfere with service availability or performance
- Use the platform to compete with or replicate IntelliFleet™
8. CONSEQUENCES OF VIOLATION
Violations of this AUP may result in:
- Immediate suspension or termination
- Loss of access to data or services
- Financial penalties where applicable
- Legal action
- Permanent account ban
No refunds will be issued for suspensions resulting from violations.
9. REPORTING ABUSE
If you believe IntelliFleet™ is being misused, report immediately to:

- Subject: Acceptable Use Violation
Reports will be handled confidentially where possible.
10. UPDATES TO THIS POLICY
This AUP may be updated periodically. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
