Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for IntelliFleet™ products and services.
This Policy applies to all users of the IntelliFleet™ platform, including Fleet Owners, Businesses, Drivers, and Staff, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
1. Subscription Services
1.1 Subscription Plans
IntelliFleet™ is offered as a subscription-based service. Subscriptions may be billed:
- Monthly
- Annually
- Per GPS or IoT device
- Per vehicle or asset (as applicable)
Subscription details and pricing are displayed before purchase.
1.2 Cancellation by Customer
You may cancel your subscription at any time:
- Through your IntelliFleet™ account dashboard
- By contacting support@getintellifleet.com
Cancellation will:
- Stop future billing
- Take effect at the end of the current billing cycle
1.3 Refunds for Subscriptions
Unless required by applicable law:
- Subscription fees already paid are non-refundable
- Partial-period refunds are not provided
- Unused time or unused devices are not refundable
This applies even if:
- You stop using the service
- Vehicles or GPS devices are removed mid-cycle
2. GPS & IoT Device–Based Fees
2.1 Device Billing
Where pricing is based on the number of GPS or IoT devices:
- Charges apply per active device
- Each installed device is treated as a separate billable unit
- Multi-device tracking within one vehicle is billed accordingly
2.2 Device Removal or Deactivation
If a device is:
- Removed
- Deactivated
- Disabled
Billing changes will apply from the next billing cycle, not retroactively. No refunds are issued for previously active devices.
3. Free Trials
If a free trial is offered:
- No payment is charged during the trial period
- Once the trial ends, billing begins automatically unless canceled
- No refunds apply once paid billing starts
4. Enterprise & Custom Contracts
Enterprise customers operating under:
- A Master Services Agreement (MSA)
- A Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- A Custom Order Form
…are subject to the refund and cancellation terms defined in those agreements.
5. App Store Purchases (Important)
5.1 Google Play Store
- Payments and refunds are handled by Google
- Refund eligibility is governed by Google Play policies
- IntelliFleet™ does not control Play Store refund approvals
5.2 Apple App Store
- Payments and refunds are handled by Apple
- Refund requests must be submitted via Apple ID
- Apple determines refund eligibility
For App Store purchases, IntelliFleet™ cannot issue direct refunds.
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Subscription fees already paid
- Setup, onboarding, or configuration fees
- Data usage or storage fees
- Custom integrations or development
- Charges incurred due to misuse or policy violations
- Suspended or terminated accounts due to Acceptable Use violations
7. Service Interruptions
Temporary service interruptions caused by:
- Network issues
- GPS signal loss
- Power outages
- Maintenance
- Force majeure events
…do not qualify for refunds.
8. Exceptions Required by Law
Where local consumer protection laws require refunds:
- IntelliFleet™ will comply with applicable regulations
- Refunds will be processed as required by law
- Eligibility and timelines may vary by jurisdiction
